Responsibilities :
- Monitor production systems proactively to ensure high availability, stability, and performance.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents, service requests, and recurring system issues.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of support activities, issue resolutions, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, escalation procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct system health checks, data validations, and performance tuning.
- Provide end-user support, guiding users on system functionality and best practices.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution to maintain business continuity.
Experience & Qualifications :
Relevant experience in production support or IT operations environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management preferred.Familiarity with system monitoring tools, databases, and application support.Skills Required
