What you'll do

As a Production Analyst, you'll support with providing day-to-day technology based services and will assist with deploying new, complex applications and architecture across the domain. Delivers Production Management, Infrastructure and application support service for relevant platforms, activities and processes across the Domain.

Communicates and collaborates with stakeholders across the Domain, including Production Manager, Domain Lead, Deployment Manager and Feature Teams to ensure the robustness and resilience of the Platform

Manages relationships with Platform, Domain and relevant cross-Domain stakeholders , from both business and technology, utilising efficient communication ultimately to the benefit and delight our end customers.

Ensures applications and infrastructure are fully compliant to mandated standards by adhering to processes and security compliance and also working closely with Feature Teams, understanding the upcoming changes and collaborating to prevent potential issues occurring

Your Role Will Also Involve

The skills you'll need

We're looking for strong hold on Incident Management, problem management, and handling Critical and complex incidents requiring multiple team co-ordination. Ability to drive Incident calls to achieve great outcomes and document actions and drive closure of actions timely.

You'll also develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports using Splunk, DX-APM and collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system reliability ,performance and Implement SRE best practices including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
