Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot Microsoft product-related queries (Windows OS, Office Suite, etc.)
- Resolve issues related to software installation, system configuration, and performance
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively and addressing client concerns professionally
- Assist clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, with technical troubleshooting steps
- Log and document all technical issues in ticketing systems and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Provide step-by-step instructions to customers to resolve technical problems
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution
Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate in any Technical BackgroundMinimum 2 Year of Tech Support ExperienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows, Office, etc.)Excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesWillingness to work in shiftsSkills Required
