Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Administration and credit control Manager, based at head office which is located in Mumbai . The Sales Administration Manager will be responsible for managing companies credit business and control as per the defined process, ensuring efficient Franchisee Business, B2B Business, Shop-inShop Business Support service, and overseeing sales operations. The role will include collaborating with sales teams, managing sales team inquiries, organizing sales data, and supporting internal business operations where required. The individual will handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Qualifications

• Experience in Invoicing and managing related administrative processes
• Strong skills in Customer Service and ability to ensure customer satisfaction
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage sales data and coordinate tasks effectively
• Experience in Sales operations and collaboration with sales teams
• Familiarity with Internal Business practices and requirements is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Qlikview Dashboard, Sales Force App Implimetation across the country and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
