HR Systems & Business Analyst - Learning & Engagement

A minimum of 6+ years in L&D and Employee Sentiment.

A minimum of 1 year of business analysis or project management experience; Bachelor's

Degree or equivalent experience.

Required expertise in LMS, including Docebo and advanced proficiency with Super Admin

capabilities..

Experience with the administration of employee survey or engagement platforms

(Qualtrics) is a significant plus.

Proven ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to

translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Experience with API integrations and applying AI to enhance reporting and data analysis

is preferred.
