We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team and play a key role in translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. What You’ll Do

🔹 Work with Product Managers, users, and stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional requirements

🔹 Create high-quality user stories, specifications, and process flows

🔹 Identify dependencies, risks, and issues across the delivery lifecycle

🔹 Facilitate discovery, grooming, and user-story breakdown sessions

🔹 Collaborate closely with PMs, Tech Leads, designers, and developers throughout solution design and development

🔹 Translate business needs into clear technical specifications

🔹 Support integration, migration, and data mapping activities

🔹 Manage scope, communicate effectively, and ensure alignment across teams

🔹 Handle complex issues independently with minimal supervision

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Systems Analysis / Business Analysis
• Experience writing functional specs & user stories
• Understanding of APIs and ability to read request / response payloads
• Exposure to integration, migration, and data mapping
• Experience with technology-enabled change initiatives
• Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management & documentation skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence
• Knowledge of both Agile & Waterfall environments

⭐ Bonus : Familiarity with the EXUS system

⭐ Financial Services domain experience is a plus
