We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Systems Analyst (Talent Acquisition & SuccessFactors) to support, maintain, and enhance our global HR systems. You'll work with our HR, TA, and IT teams to optimise SuccessFactors Recruiting and related modules, ensuring a seamless experience for users worldwide. This role also plays a key part in consulting with global Talent Acquisition teams on future system innovation and technology strategy.

What You Will Do

• Provide day-to-day support and system administration for SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.
• Manage configuration, permissions, and user access following global governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, liaising with SAP support as needed.
• Collaborate on system enhancements, integrations, and testing activities.
• Consult with global TA teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support Talent Acquisition insights.
• Deliver user training and documentation for HR and TA teams.
• Contribute to HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
