Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Fund Raising Officer to lead capital mobilization and investor relations for our Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) platform. The role demands strong industry networks, and a proven track record in fundraising across HNIs, Family Offices, and Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising for existing and new AIF schemes.
• Build and maintain investor networks - HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Corporates, and Institutions.
• Partner with wealth managers, private bankers, and distributors.
• Conduct investor roadshows, webinars, and pitch presentations.
• Provide timely fund updates, performance reports, and market outlook.
• Collaborate with investment, legal & compliance teams for smooth fund launches.
• Ensure complete SEBI and regulatory compliance in investor onboarding.
