The AMC has applied for 1 new scheme under Cat I with SEBI having target corpus of INR 500 crores.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fund Manager (Fund Raising) to lead capital raising initiatives for our Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) platform. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the AIF ecosystem, strong relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, and Wealth Distributors, and a proven track record in fundraising with experience of 8-10 years.

Key Responsibilities :

Fund Raising & Investor Relations :

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies for existing and new AIF schemes (Category I / II).
• Identify and onboard potential investors including HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Corporates, and Institutional clients.
• Build and manage a strong network of wealth managers, private bankers, investment advisors, and distributors.
• Organize investor roadshows, webinars, and pitch meetings to present the fund's strategy and value proposition.
• Regularly communicate fund performance, market outlook, and reports to investors.
