About the Role
Location : Mumbai.
Experience - 2+ Years into residential sales. (Preferred Closing Sales)
Responsibilities
This role involves business development and ensuring achievement of sales as per AOP & monthly / quarter plans.
- She would ensures achievement of sales as per AOP & monthly / quarter plans.
- She would Close sales bookings with customers.
- She will propose schemes to reduce slow-moving inventory / facilitate fast movement of inventory.
- She will drive new sales through loyalty / referral / corporate sales channels.
- Booking value of units sold must be recorded by her.
- Timely lead servicing of leads assigned on Salesforce by her.
Qualifications
Any Graduate or MBA / PGDM (Any Stream)
Required Skills
She must posses in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicates the same effectively to prospects.She should actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific queries.She should respond to complex / difficult customer queries.She would be playing a key role during various stages of customer engagement and provide sales booking.Preferred Skills
Must be from Real Estate Industry having experience in selling residential projects.Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, construction activity, key trends and market dynamics.Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities.Liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge.Interested candidates can email their resumes on the below mentioned email ID :
