Cloud Operations Manager

Team Leadership and Development :

• Lead and mentor a team of cloud operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and technical support to foster their professional growth and development.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and cross-training opportunities.
• Coordinate with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed to support business growth and client demand. Operational Excellence : Establish and enforce operational processes, procedures, and standards for cloud operations, including incident management, change management, and capacity planning.
• Drive initiatives to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency across client environments.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in cloud computing, and assess their potential impact on our clients business objectives and strategies.

Qualifications  :

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations or infrastructure management, preferably in a service-based or managed services environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and services, such as AWS & Azure,with experience in architecting and managing multi-tenant cloud environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication (English) and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Azure Administrator Associate is a plus
