Job descriptionMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational processes. Manage resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and budgets. Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet operational goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, HR, etc.) to support Operational Goals. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare regular reports on operational performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Analyze data to make informed decisions and drive improvements. Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, preferably in Ecommerce Health Sector (Warehouse Operations) Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools / software. Skills : Strategic thinking and planning Strong communication and interpersonal skills Time management and organizational abilities Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments Data-driven decision-making Work Conditions : Should be flexible to travel within cities of the specified zone and other locations if there is requirement
