SAP Successfactors Employee Central - B03

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant for the B03 project . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , with a strong understanding of core HR processes and SuccessFactors integration.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to meet client-specific requirements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, design business processes, and translate them into system configurations.
• Perform system configuration , data modeling , workflow setup , and role-based permissions within EC.
• Manage employee lifecycle events , organizational structures, and position management.
• Support data migration and validation activities using Import tools and Employee Central Data Models .
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations with third-party and SAP systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Payroll, Time, Benefits).
• Conduct system testing , including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide user training , prepare documentation, and support change management.
• Stay current with SuccessFactors quarterly releases and apply relevant updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
