Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Service Management (ESM) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in SuccessFactors ESM, with a proven ability to design, configure, and implement HR service request processes.
This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, as well as hands-on experience in delivering ESM solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and configure SuccessFactors ESM module to support HR service requests, case management, and knowledge management processes.
- Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ESM solutions.
- Implement workflows, SLAs, and escalation mechanisms to streamline HR service delivery.
- Ensure seamless integration of ESM with other SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, Onboarding, etc.) and enterprise systems.
- Provide support during UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including BRDs, configuration guides, and UAT sign-offs.
- Mentor team members and provide knowledge transfer to ensure sustainable in-house capability.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
6–10 years of overall IT / HR systems experience with at least 4–6 years in SuccessFactors ESM or HR Service Delivery platforms.Strong understanding of HR case management, service requests, and knowledge base configuration.Hands-on experience in designing service workflows, SLAs, and escalation rules.Familiarity with integration of ESM with SAP ECC, S / 4HANA, or other HR applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with business and technical teams.Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.Education :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Note : Candidates who are currently working with TCS, not eligible to apply
