Years of expereince : 6 - 9 years
- Compensation Implementation & Support experience
- Knowledge of Success Factor EC module and Business processes knowledge pertaining to Compensation cycle.
- Must have experience in setting up of compensation plan templates.
- Familiar with setting up Guidelines and eligibility rules.
- Have worked on creating budget and adding budget calculations.
- Experience in RBP & XML
- Experience in Integration of EC with Compensation.
- Knowledge pertaining to Variable Pay process.
- Knowledge in setting up of Variable Pay templates and Data files for Variable Pay calculation.
- Familiar with setting up Compensation Statements
Skills :
Must handle any compensation / variable project independently.
