Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Implementation Manager to lead and manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Project Implementation : Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on key modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development.
System Configuration & Integration : Oversee and execute system configuration, data migration, and integration activities to meet business requirements.
Process & Best Practices : Apply a strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee central, and succession planning processes to guide implementation and ensure best practices are followed.
Testing & Quality Assurance : Manage testing methodologies and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented solution.
Stakeholder Management : Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage expectations and resolve Skills :
SAP SuccessFactors : Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules.
Technical : Proficient in system configuration, data migration, and integration techniques.
Methodologies : Experience with testing methodologies and user acceptance testing processes.
Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Communication : Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills :
Certifications : Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules (SAP Certified Consultant / Application Associate) is highly preferred.
Education & Experience
Education : A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience : A minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on implementation across various modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment, Payroll, Global Modules, or Compensation). The candidate should have completed at least three full Manager - SAP SuccessFactors
