Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in North Karnataka.

This is a frontline role focused on identifying and onboarding distributors / dealers, building new relationships, and growing the partner ecosystem through anchor distribution models.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of fintech, distribution, and digital lendinghelping small businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the distribution ecosystem
• Onboard and activate dealer / distributor networks under identified brand anchors
• Conduct regular market visits and prospecting activities
• Drive loan conversion by educating partners on product offerings
• Negotiate terms and manage client relationships
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape business strategy
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for product / service improvement
• Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support
