Role Overview :
As the Employee Engagement and People Processes Lead , you will be instrumental in shaping a high-performing and motivated workforce. This role will lead the design and execution of engagement strategies and drive critical people processes such as performance management, goal setting, and promotions. You will play a central role in enhancing employee experience, fostering a culture of recognition, and ensuring smooth alignment of people practices with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Employee Engagement Leadership
- Develop and implement a holistic employee engagement roadmap aligned with business vision and values.
- Leverage engagement data, feedback, and analytics to evolve and improve programs.
- Design and institutionalize high-impact recognition frameworks that boost morale and motivation.
2. People Process Management
Lead end-to-end performance review cycles ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with organisational goals.Drive goal-setting and review frameworks to build a performance-driven culture.Manage promotion processes, ensuring meritocracy and diversity in decision-making.3. Leadership Development & Collaboration
Design and roll out manager capability-building interventions to enhance team leadership effectiveness.Collaborate with senior leadership to embed engagement and performance philosophies into the business rhythm.Present regular dashboards and insights on engagement and performance trends to leadership.4. Process Optimisation & Innovation
Continuously improve HR processes to streamline employee journeys and experiences.Identify and implement innovative practices that improve process efficiency and engagement impact.Who Are We Looking For
Education :
MBA in HR from premier B-Schools such as XLRI, TISS, SIBM Pune, SCMHRD, MDI, etc.Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Centre of Excellence (COE) roles such as employee engagement, talent management, or performance management.Proven track record in driving employee engagement initiatives in mid to large-sized organizations.Skills & Attributes :
Deep understanding of engagement models, performance frameworks, and HR process design.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience using data to drive HR decisions.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.Passionate about employee advocacy, with a pulse on workplace culture trends and innovations.Skills Required
