Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads
(Search, Display, UAC), Meta Ads
Manage end-to-end paid media budgets and ensure positive ROI across all
channels.
Collaborate with creative and product teams to design ad creatives and landing
pages that improve conversion rates.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS,
LTV).
Implement A / B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and MMPs (AppsFlyer / Adjust) to
assess campaign attribution and user behavior.
Create daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to track spend, performance, and
ROI.
Present campaign learnings, insights, and optimization recommendations to
management.
Do user and market research on new product lines, competitor analyses etc
Work closely with internal stakeholders including product, design, and analytics
teams
Key Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience : 2–4 years in digital or performance marketing.
Industry Preference : Fintech, NBFCs, Banking, or financial products (loans,
credit cards, credit score, insurance).
Hands-on Expertise
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle large campaign budgets and deliver on performance KPIs.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
