Gameberry Labs is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who knows how to turn ad spend into measurable growth. If you're obsessed with ROAS, love digging into data, and thrive on scaling campaigns across multiple channels, this role is for you. You'll handle paid UA campaigns across top networks, manage multi-million dollar budgets in international markets, and collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to fuel the growth of our globally loved games.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale paid UA campaigns across Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, Unity Ads, Applovin, TikTok Ads, and other top-performing networks.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets across international markets with precision.
- Own the execution and optimization of campaigns with a sharp focus on ROAS, not just installs.
- Work closely with the design team to drive the creative testing (videos, playables, static) and identify winning concepts.
- Own the campaign analytics & reporting. Analyze deep funnel metrics (Conversion rate, ARPU, LTV, retention) to double down on profitable cohorts.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and design teams to align marketing strategies with game monetization and player engagement.
Requirements
2-4 years of hands-on Paid UA experience in conceptualizing & executing campaigns across channels.Previous experience in Paid App marketing. Bonus if you have prior experience in the gaming industry.Proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; experience with Unity Ads, AppLovin, and TikTok Ads is highly valued.Strong knowledge of MMPs (Singular, Adjust, AppsFlyer) and attribution best practices.Analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, CAC / LTV analysis.Experience running campaigns on both iOS (SKAN) and Android, navigating IDFA restrictions with confidence.Performance-first approach to creative testingknowing what works and why.This job was posted by Sushmita Bharti from Gameberry Labs.
