Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager , you’ll take ownership of our digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms, driving qualified leads, optimizing campaigns , and ensuring maximum ROI . You’ll work closely with content, design, and sales teams to execute high-impact campaigns that fuel our growth in the real estate and PropTech space .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage data-driven digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
• Optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, DV360 , and other digital advertising platforms.
• Drive qualified lead generation and customer acquisition with measurable, performance-based KPIs.
• Implement and manage advanced targeting, audience segmentation, and pixel tracking strategies.
• Set up and maintain accurate tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) .
• Continuously analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment .
• Oversee digital marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and ROI optimization.
• Stay up to date with latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
