Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Manager , youāll take ownership of our digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms, driving qualified leads, optimizing campaigns , and ensuring maximum ROI . Youāll work closely with content, design, and sales teams to execute high-impact campaigns that fuel our growth in the real estate and PropTech space .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage data-driven digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, , DV360 , and other digital advertising platforms.
- Drive qualified lead generation and customer acquisition with measurable, performance-based KPIs.
- Implement and manage advanced targeting, audience segmentation, and pixel tracking strategies.
- Set up and maintain accurate tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) .
- Continuously analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment .
- Oversee digital marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and ROI optimization.
- Stay up to date with latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements
Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field .Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing , preferably in real estate, PropTech, or B2C industries .Proven track record managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ads, and DV360 .Expertise in GTM, GA4, marketing automation tools , and CRM systems .Strong understanding of tracking implementation, conversion optimization, and data analytics .Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams .What We Offer
