Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager Performance Marketing to drive our digital growth strategy. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms, focusing on user acquisition, lead generation, and ROI-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, Affiliate channels, and other programmatic / display networks.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Creative Collaboration : Work with creative and content teams to design compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Experimentation : Conduct A / B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Budget Optimization : Assist in planning budgets and allocate spends to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Reporting & Analytics : Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Conversion Optimization : Track and optimize conversion funnels using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for seamless campaign execution.
  • Market Awareness : Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and Affiliate platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Appsflyer, GTM, UTM tracking, and campaign attribution models.
  • Ability to work with data-driven insights using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
  • Prior experience in lead generation or user acquisition-focused campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
