What You&aposll Do
- Set the Vision & Roadmap : Define and execute a comprehensive performance marketing roadmap with an ROI and RoAS-driven approach across Meta, Google & Quick Commerce in India and the US.
- Optimise Ad Performance : Lead end-to-end management of paid media campaigns, focusing on channel strategy, targeting, bidding, ad placement, and creative testing to maximise conversions and drive down CPAs.
- Advanced Pixel & Tracking Implementation : Manage pixel integrations, event tracking, and conversion APIs on Meta & Google, ensuring accurate data flow and attribution with a firm grasp of Next.js and Node.js back-end requirements.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) : Collaborate with design and development teams to optimise website UX and create high-converting landing pages, using data-driven insights for continuous A / B testing and experimentation.
- Cross-Functional Campaigns : Drive campaigns to create buzz, drive awareness, and build momentum for new product launches.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Conduct ongoing analysis for targeting, retargeting, audience expansion, keyword performance, and organic traffic trends, using data to optimise ad spend, SEO efforts, and creative assets.
- Automation & Analytics : Leverage marketing automation and analytics platforms to streamline reporting, assess performance, and drive strategic adjustments for optimal growth.
- Additionally, it&aposs good to have a decent grasp on SEO strategies, covering on-page SEO, technical SEO, and keyword research to drive organic traffic.
What We&aposre Looking For
Technical Expertise in Performance Marketing : Proficient in managing and optimising ads across Meta, Google, and Quick Commerce, with a strong understanding of advanced tracking solutions, including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking.Analytical and Data-Driven : Skilled in using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) and conversion tracking tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions.Experience in Campaign Automation : Familiarity with automation tools and a keen understanding of integrating them into campaign workflows for maximum efficiency.Innovative CRO Approaches : Ability to drive creative solutions for CRO, including new ad formats, landing page designs, and keyword strategies, focusing on continuous testing and improvement.Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment : A keen understanding of the dynamic nature of digital marketing, with the flexibility to pivot strategies based on performance data and industry changes.What We Offer
