Role Overview :
We are looking for ambitious and energetic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team. As an SDR at Ondot Media, you will play a critical role in generating and qualifying leads for our clients. You will be responsible for outreach, engagement, and appointment setting, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Research :
Identify and research potential client accounts through digital platforms, databases, and market intelligence.
Build and maintain a robust prospect pipeline aligned with client campaign objectives.
Outreach & Engagement :
Execute targeted outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects.
Educate potential customers on solutions and qualify their interest based on predefined criteria.
Qualification & Handover :
Qualify leads by understanding their pain points, budget, authority, and timelines.
Schedule and set up meetings / demos for the sales or client account teams.
Collaboration & Reporting :
Work closely with account managers and campaign teams to ensure quality delivery of leads.
Track activity in CRM and provide weekly reporting on pipeline and conversion metrics.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or lead generation. Freshers with strong communication skills will also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency a must).
Strong research and prospecting skills with the ability to quickly learn new industries / solutions.
Goal-oriented, resilient, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
Prior experience in IT / Tech industry demand generation is a plus.
