Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Territory Manager based in Mumbai. The Deputy Territory Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and distribution network within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include team management, developing growth strategies, achieving sales targets, and forging strong relationships with clients and partners. The role involves regular meetings with branch managers, insurance consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Sales and distribution management experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to drive sales and customer engagement
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve business goals
• Experience in the Mumbai market is preferred
