Deputy Manager - Projects

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate development projects in Mumbai
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project completion within budget and schedule
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and building codes
• Manage project budgets and financial aspects, including cost control and forecasting
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and milestones

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience
