We specialise in end-to-end property sales, client advisory, and market-driven brokerage services across metropolitan and emerging micro-markets. This on-site role is ideal for results-oriented sales professionals focused on high-volume lead conversion, relationship-driven sales, and excellent local market knowledge.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads; convert enquiries into site visits and negotiated offers to meet monthly sales targets.
- Conduct property viewings, prepare tailored property presentations, and guide clients through pricing, features, and neighbourhood insights.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, coordinate documentation, and handover with legal and operations teams to ensure compliant transactions.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead status, pipeline activity, and follow-ups to maximise conversion efficiency.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-up, post-sale support, and referrals to grow repeat business.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements; provide actionable feedback to marketing and product teams.
