About The Opportunity
We operate in the residential and commercial real estate brokerage and advisory sector in India, delivering end-to-end property sales, leasing, and investment solutions across urban micro-markets. The role is field-first and on-site—ideal for high-energy sales professionals who convert local market knowledge into closed transactions and delighted clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify and nurture leads via walk-ins, referrals, cold outreach and online inquiries to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct property tours, client consultations and neighbourhood market briefings—aligning client needs with appropriate listings (residential / commercial).
- Prepare and present accurate property valuations, proposals and comparative market analysis to accelerate decision-making.
- Negotiate terms, manage offers and guide clients through booking, documentation, legal checks and handover processes.
- Maintain up-to-date listing records and client interactions in the CRM; follow a disciplined pipeline management and follow-up cadence.
- Hit monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute market feedback to pricing, inventory and marketing strategies for your territory.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
2+ years of direct real estate sales or brokerage experience in India (residential or commercial) with a proven track record of closures.Strong negotiation skills and demonstrable experience closing property sale / lease transactions end-to-end.Comfortable with field work and frequent on-site property viewings across assigned territories.Preferred
Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track KPI metrics; familiarity with common listing portals and local lead channels.Knowledge of local RERA norms, paperwork and basic property law documentation processes.Existing network of buyers, sellers, agents, or channel partners in the assigned city / region.Benefits & Culture Highlights
