A growth-focused organisation operating in the Real Estate & Property Technology (PropTech) sector, delivering residential and commercial property solutions across Indian markets. We work on on-site sales programs that convert digital and walk-in leads into closed transactions while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance.
Role : Sales Executive (On-site) — India. We are hiring hands-on sales professionals who can manage territory-led outreach, conduct site visits and close deals with a strong focus on customer experience and revenue targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door outreach, walk-ins, referrals and assigned digital leads to build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Conduct property / site visits, client presentations and product demonstrations to showcase offerings and address objections in real time.
- Drive deal closure end-to-end : negotiate offers, coordinate documentation, and handoff to operations / legal for seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate records and activity notes in CRM (Salesforce / Zoho), update pipeline stages, and forecast weekly / monthly sales performance.
- Hit or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs; participate in promotional campaigns and on-ground events to boost conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer success teams to improve lead quality, streamline handovers and enhance buyer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Proven track record in direct sales—preferably B2C property sales or high-ticket services.Practical experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or Zoho) and MS Excel for pipeline tracking.Strong negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated achievement of sales targets.Comfortable with on-site client interactions, presentations and frequent travel across assigned territory.Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage objections and drive purchasing decisions.Ability to manage paperwork and basic compliance checks related to property transactions.Preferred
Existing network in local real estate markets or community groups.Familiarity with digital lead-generation channels and basic campaign follow-up (Google / Facebook leads).Prior experience working with developer / Brokerage sales processes and documentation.Benefits & Culture Highlights
