Job Summary
Technical Support Executive / Service Technician Mechanical for a full-time junior-level position. The role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience and is based in Chennai, Pune, and Kerala. The successful candidate will possess a diploma in mechanical engineering and execute technical tasks related to installation and commissioning, HVAC and MEP systems, and fire service technology.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in installation and commissioning with a focus on precision and safety. (Mandatory skill)
- Skilled in HVAC and MEP systems installation and maintenance, ensuring optimal operation. (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in Fire service technology, capable of implementing critical safety measures. (Mandatory skill)
- Mechanical troubleshooting proficiency, adept at diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues effectively.
- Experience in providing technical support and after-sales service, offering reliable customer solutions.
- Completion of a diploma in mechanical engineering is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- 1 to 3 years of Experience in HVAC / MEP / Fire service technical roles. ( Freshers with Strong practical knowledge may also apply)
- Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi, English and Tamil.
- Ability and Willingness to travel for Training and Projects as required.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct installation and commissioning processes for mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Perform maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC and MEP systems to maintain operational efficiency.Implement and monitor fire service systems, providing technical solutions for safety compliance.Troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions, developing effective solutions to restore system functionality.Offer technical support to customers, resolving issues and providing guidance on product use.Participate in after-sales service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Document service operations and repairs, contributing to knowledge sharing and team improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and service excellence.
