Role Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SAP Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and resolving issues across various SAP modules (such as MM, SD, FI, HCM, etc.). You will work closely with end users, consultants, and IT teams to ensure smooth functioning of the SAP Responsibilities :
- Provide L1 and L2 support for day-to-day SAP user queries and issues
- Monitor SAP systems and report abnormalities or failures
- Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting in assigned SAP modules
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants for issue resolution and improvements
- Coordinate with users to gather issue details and provide timely resolutions
- Log and manage tickets in the helpdesk / ticketing system
- Assist in user training and documentation of processes or FAQs
- Support data validation, uploads, and testing during updates or rollouts
- Generate standard SAP reports and assist in report automation
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and IT governance & Skills :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BBA / MBA (IT / Operations), B.Com, or Engineering
- Basic understanding of SAP modules (at least one : MM, SD, FI, HCM, etc.)
- Familiarity with SAP GUI and ERP concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- MS Excel proficiency
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a live support to Have (Optional) :
- SAP training certification Internship or project experience with SAP ERP
- Exposure to ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, and Benefits :
