Role : Tech Support for ERP (BLISS), other Web and mobile Apps
Job Summary :
The Executive - Tech Support is primarily responsible for providing technical support for the BLISS and other web applications developed by BSS ICT. This role involves ensuring seamless user experiences, troubleshooting ERP-related issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and functionality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the BLISS, addressing user-reported issues promptly.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for the ERP and mobile applications to ensure high standards of performance and security.
- Maintain communication with users to provide training and support for the ERP system and mobile applications.
- Document technical processes, support procedures, and application functionalities for future reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations for ERP and mobile development.
- Coordinate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements for both the ERP and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with UX / UI designers to implement intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience in mobile applications.
- Ensure all development and support activities comply with applicable regulations and best practices.
