We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Associate with at least 4 years of professional HR experience to join our team. This is a unique role where the primary responsibility (70% of KPIs) is end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles. In addition, the People & Culture Associate will oversee HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of administrative and operational HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
This role requires a balance of strategic recruitment expertise and hands-on people operations oversight, making it integral to building and sustaining a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (70%)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, from workforce planning, sourcing, and interviewing to offer management.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and employer branding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and set hiring KPIs.
- Own recruitment metrics and provide insights to leadership on time-to-hire, quality of hire, and pipeline health.
HR Operations Oversight (30%)
Oversee the daily operations of the HR function, delegating and guiding the HR Operations Executive.Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and personnel files.Monitor payroll and benefits administration for accuracy and compliance.Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless employee experience.Ensure HR policies are enforced consistently and fairly.Stay up to date on labor law requirements, ensuring organizational compliance.Provide HR data, reports, and insights to leadership to support workforce decision-making.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations.Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.Familiarity with HR systems (experience with GreyTHR a plus).Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR best practices.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across levels.Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on execution with oversight responsibilities.What You Can Expect In Return
