About the Role
The BDE will be the first point of contact for prospective members. You will be responsible for lead conversion, community growth, and B2B demand generation through direct-to-consumer sales and corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Conduct property tours and virtual walkthroughs.
Understand customer needs and recommend options.
Follow up systematically and maintain CRM hygiene.
Align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
Drive B2B deals by connecting with corporates, HRs, and admin teams.
Leverage LinkedIn marketing and outreach to generate meetings and partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships through HR connects and corporate tie-ups.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
Ensure smooth resident onboarding.
Contribute to occupancy growth targets.
Requirements
1–3 years in sales, real estate, or hospitality.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn outreach, and digital sales tools.
Target-driven with ability to manage multiple leads and B2B meetings.
