Must-Have :

Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms

Good knowledge of Care management, Clinical data management, Complete patient view, EHR integration, community implementation and clinical documentation.

Strong knowledge in Life Sciences Cloud, a unified platform that integrates data and workflows across clinical research, medical affairs, commercial operations, and patient services.

Good knowledge of Einstein's AI for intelligent guidance (Einstein Trust Layer), Data Cloud for seamless real-time data integration, and a suite of established CRM tools for sales, service, marketing, commerce, and analytics.

Cloud Computing : Understanding cloud technologies, architecture, and best practices.

Data Modelling and Governance : Experience with designing and managing data structures, metadata, and data governance policies.

Application Development : Knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices, including coding languages like Apex and Visualforce.

Integration : Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications.

Communication and Collaboration : Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify risks, and develop solutions.
