Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business processes and lead workshops for Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions
- Create business requirements and user stories
- Train end users and provide ongoing support
- Integrate Salesforce with backend systems (REST / SOAP, Mulesoft)
- Manage deployments, version control, and CI / CD workflows
