SG IT Consulting https : / / www.sgbconsulting.co.nz / a New Zealand headquartered global IT services company is looking for dynamic Salesforce Sales Cloud Specialists to join our growing India team.

Location : Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore

Experience : 5+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Specialist, youll be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that empower sales teams, drive automation, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement and optimize Sales Cloud modules (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, Pipeline Management).
  • Configure and customize Salesforce workflows, validation rules, process builders, flows, and approval processes.
  • Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work on data migration, integration (REST / SOAP APIs), and third-party system connectivity.
  • Provide support, training, and documentation to business stakeholders.

What Were Looking For :

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in Sales Cloud implementations
  • Strong expertise in sales processes, CRM workflows, automation, and reporting
  • Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration
  • Experience with Einstein Analytics, Forecasting, and Sales Productivity tools (preferred)
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification is a big plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
