Location : Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore

Experience : 5+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Specialist, youll be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that empower sales teams, drive automation, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement and optimize Sales Cloud modules (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, Pipeline Management).
Configure and customize Salesforce workflows, validation rules, process builders, flows, and approval processes.
Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC).
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Work on data migration, integration (REST / SOAP APIs), and third-party system connectivity.
Provide support, training, and documentation to business stakeholders.

What Were Looking For :

5+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in Sales Cloud implementations

Strong expertise in sales processes, CRM workflows, automation, and reporting

Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration

Experience with Einstein Analytics, Forecasting, and Sales Productivity tools (preferred)

Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification is a big plus

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
