Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to drive the design, architecture, and development of advanced Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, and be capable of managing and mentoring a technical team.
This role involves hands-on development, environment management, integration, and collaboration with clients and offshore teams to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM Responsibilities :
- Lead the programmatic development of customized Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura), and front-end web technologies.
- Architect and design complex technical Cloud CRM solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Oversee environment management including sandbox refreshes, deployments, and release management.
- Integrate Salesforce with multiple external technologies and platforms using various integration patterns and tools.
- Manage technical project team members both onshore and offshore, providing clear direction and guidance.
- Conduct workshops and collaborate closely with clients to analyze requirements and discuss trade-offs between configuration and custom code.
- Map business functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionalities to ensure
optimal solution design.
Disseminate and enforce Salesforce best practices and architectural guidelines across theteam.
Mentor junior developers and technical consultants on Salesforce platform capabilities,integration technologies, and best practices.
Oversee code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of custom code.Provide technical specifications and detailed documentation to offshore developers forsmooth execution.
Demonstrate expert-level understanding of Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, Community Cloud) and the broader Salesforce Skills & Experience :
7 to 11 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development and architecture.Expert proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and front-endweb technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, andCommunity Cloud.
Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.Proven experience managing technical teams including offshore resources.Strong skills in environment management and deployment tools such as Salesforce DX,Change Sets, Jenkins, or other CI / CD pipelines.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.Excellent communication skills with experience running workshops, presenting to clients, andleading discussions on technical trade-offs.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, data management, and governance.Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and project delivery.Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with a track record of developing junior resources(ref : hirist.tech)
