We're looking for a results-oriented Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead sales, partnerships, and revenue strategy . You'll be responsible for driving growth, building partnerships, and turning our product vision into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and execute end-to-end sales and revenue strategies.
- Identify and onboard early clients and institutional partners.
- Create pricing models and manage client acquisition funnels.
- Lead sales campaigns, outreach, and marketing coordination.
- Build and lead a small, high-performing sales and growth team.
- Manage CRM dashboards, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to align growth priorities.
What We're Looking For :
3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue operations (preferably in SaaS, AI, or startup ecosystems).Proven record of closing B2B / B2C deals or partnerships.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.Perks :
