Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — Clinical AI Agent Platform

Location : Flexible (U.S. preferred for regulatory context) with strong collaboration ties to offshore engineering

partners (e.g., Ahmedabad, India).

Reports to : CEO / Founder

Direct Reports (initial) : Engineering, Integration, Data, Security, UX pods.

Mission

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of a point-of-care clinical agent tightly integrated

with eClinicalWorks (eCW). Put arms around all technology decisions : architecture, team hiring, vendor

partnerships, and product delivery. Ensure the platform improves physician experience, maximizes patient

health outcomes, and produces financially sound, compliant documentation.
