Position Overview
We&aposre seeking an exceptional Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to spearhead our student enrollment initiatives at Saras AI Institute, the world&aposs fisrt AI-only, US-based online higher education institution. This role combines strategic leadership, sales excellence, and educational technology expertise to drive our mission of democratizing AI education globally.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Enrollment Management
- Lead end-to-end enrollment processes, from prospect identification to student Enrollment
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the enrollment funnel
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize conversion rates
- Develop innovative approaches to reach and engage prospective students globally
- Design and oversee implementation of CRM strategies
Strategic Leadership & Growth
Design and execute comprehensive enrollment strategies to achieve ambitious growth targetsDevelop and manage revenue targets while maintaining educational quality standardsBuild and lead high-performing enrollment and admissions teamsCreate scalable processes for student acquisition and enrollment managementCollaborate with C-suite executives to align growth strategies with institutional objectivesTeam Leadership
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing enrollment teamSet clear goals and accountability measures for team membersCreate and maintain a metrics-driven, high-energy sales cultureImplement best practices in sales training and developmentManage performance evaluations and career development plansMarketing & Brand Development
Collaborate with marketing team to align enrollment and marketing strategiesContribute to brand positioning and value proposition developmentOversee the development of enrollment marketing materialsGuide digital marketing initiatives to generate qualified leadsRequired Qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in higher education enrollment managementProven track record of achieving substantial enrollment growth in online degree programsExperience managing teams of 10+ enrollment professionalsDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targetsStrong understanding of higher education sales cycles and student recruitmentExperience with CRM systems and enrollment management technologiesPreferred Qualifications
