Job description

Role & responsibilities :

  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership :  Define and execute the marketing roadmap, aligning campaigns with business objectives while mentoring high-performing teams across brand, digital, and growth functions.
  • Brand Management & Storytelling :  Build and strengthen Ease MyTrip's brand identity, positioning, and narrative across domestic and international markets.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing :  Lead campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, display, retargeting, social media, and affiliates to maximize ROI and scale customer acquisition.
  • Content & Social Media :  Drive impactful content strategies and influencer collaborations to enhance visibility, engagement, and customer trust.
  • Customer Insights & Analytics :  Leverage market research, data analytics, and segmentation to understand traveler behavior, optimize campaigns, and personalize experiences.
  • Partnerships & Alliances :  Build strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, OTAs, and travel / tourism boards to strengthen brand positioning and distribution reach.
  • Product Marketing :  Collaborate with product and technology teams to align marketing efforts with new feature rollouts and customer experience improvements.
  • Team Leadership :  Mentor and grow a multi-disciplinary marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
  • Budget & ROI Management :  Own the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spends and measurable impact on revenue and market share.
  • PR & Communication :  Represent Ease MyTrip in external forums, manage public relations, and drive corporate communications to enhance brand reputation.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Experience :  10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in travel, eCommerce, or consumer internet sectors.
  • Marketing Expertise :  Proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, and scaling customer acquisition in high-growth environments.
  • Digital Skills :  Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, performance marketing, and affiliate ecosystems.
  • Data-Driven Approach :  Strong ability to interpret analytics, optimize campaigns, and implement data-backed decision-making.
  • Creative Mindset :  Ability to craft compelling brand stories, campaigns, and customer experiences across multiple channels.
  • Partnership Development :  Experience building alliances with global brands, tourism boards, and ecosystem partners.
  • Leadership & Collaboration :  Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing large, diverse teams.
  • Global Perspective :  Exposure to international marketing practices and scaling brands across geographies is highly desirable.
  • Innovation Focus :  Passionate about leveraging emerging marketing technologies, AI-driven personalization, and new-age media to disrupt customer engagement.
