Job Brief

One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Vertical Head IT Staff Augmentation to lead their staffing division. This is a leadership role with full P&L ownership, focused on growing the business in India and select global markets.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong sales skills, a solid industry network, and a proven record of building successful IT staffing operations.

• Take charge of the IT Staff Augmentation vertical with full P&L responsibility.
• Plan and execute strategies for growth across India and key global markets.
• Design staffing models suitable for enterprises, startups, and global clients.
