Job Title : Business Unit Head – Infrastructure & Cloud Services

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Head to lead our Infrastructure and Cloud Services division. This role is responsible for driving GTM strategy, sales growth, delivery excellence, and team leadership , ensuring seamless execution of managed services and solution offerings for clients.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Solution Architect in Infrastructure and Cloud, combined with strong business acumen and leadership skills to build and grow the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM & Sales Leadership : Define and execute go-to-market strategies for Infrastructure services to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Managed Services Delivery : Oversee the delivery of high-quality managed services, presales activities, and solutioning for clients.
  • Hiring & Team Building : Partner with leadership to hire and develop Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs) and Architects across various accounts.
  • Strategic Planning : Align business unit goals with organizational strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.
  • Solution Architecture Expertise : Provide technical and strategic guidance leveraging past experience in infrastructure and cloud architecture.
  • Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum of 15+ years in IT services with at least 3+ years of recent experience in a leadership role (BU Head, Practice Head, Delivery Head).
  • Proven track record as a Solution Architect in Infrastructure and Cloud Services in the earlier stages of career.
  • Strong understanding of Managed Services, Presales, Solutioning, and Client Engagement .
  • Ability to hire, mentor, and lead high-performing technical teams .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
