Business Development Executive

We're Hiring an Onsite Experienced Business Development Executive at Agreem Technologies!

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and driving business results.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.).

Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends and market shifts to identify new areas for growth.

Schedule and lead client meetings, calls, and presentations.

Track, report, and analyze sales metrics and pipeline activity.

Prepare and present compelling business proposals and quotations.

Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead nurturing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA / MBA / PGDM or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT or digital services industry .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong understanding of the sales process and client lifecycle.

Skilled at using LinkedIn, cold emailing, and professional networking for lead generation.

Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM systems, Excel, Google Suite, and PowerPoint.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Basic technical understanding of websites, apps, and digital products is a plus.

Work Location

This is a full-time, on-site position.

Candidates are expected to work from our office during standard business hours.
