Role : Front office Executive
Responsible for managing the front desk greeting visitors and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive first impression of the company
Key responsibilities
- Visitor and client management : Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner creating a welcoming environment. Manage visitor logs and provide badges.
- Communication : Answer and direct phone calls take messages and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails letters packages).
- Administrative support : Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry filing document preparation and making copies.
- Scheduling : Schedule and organize meetings appointments and other events.
- Office organization : Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Problem-solving : Handle guest complaints and resolve issues according to company policy.
- Coordination : Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient operations and share information as needed.
- Other tasks : Depending on the organization duties may include bookkeeping issuing invoices and taking meeting minutes.
