Roles and Responsibilities

• Order Management : Oversee end-to-end B2C and B2B order processes from creation to delivery. Provide regular status updates to customers and manage B2B documentation.
• Performance Monitoring : Track and review Warehouse & Delivery Partners' performance against SLAs. Share projections with teams and suggest improvements.
• Discrepancy and Returns Handling : Resolve order discrepancies and handle returns per company policies. Implement measures to minimise future issues.
• Reporting : Maintain and analyse performance metrics, including Fill Rate, Turn-around Time, Cost, Discrepancies, and Inward performance.
• SOP Deployment : Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, guide staff, conduct audits, and continuously improve processes based on feedback.
• Logistics Partner Management : Identify, onboard, and track new logistics partners for optimal delivery performance.
