Circle Warehouse Lead

We are hiring a seasoned Circle Warehouse Lead to manage and streamline SCM warehouse operations at the circle level for one of our major telecom clients.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of telecom logistics, inventory management, and SAP systems, with a proven track record of leading large-scale warehouse operations. Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead and manage overall SCM warehouse activities as per defined scope. Ensure flawless execution and Zero Defect MIN / MRN as per DMTO standards. Handle all forward and reverse logistics operations including MIN, MRN, FMR, BTN (exception) creation, approval, and SAP / SPMS updates.

Coordinate with SIEL s RLMs to update execution status of logistics activities. Avoid operational redundancies like multiple MIN / MRN creation and dispatches for the same site.

Oversee the proper segregation and storage of good and bad modules. Act as a liaison between Samsung and Vodafone Idea for timely finalization of GRN, MIN, MRN, and BTN (exceptions).

Adhere strictly to NHQ guidelines for warehouse and logistics processes. Prepare accurate reports and ensure compliance across all warehouse activities.

Skills Required :

Strong understanding of SCM and warehouse processes in the telecom domain. Proficient in SAP, SPMS, and other logistics tools.

Excellent knowledge of inventory control and logistics coordination.

Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
