Description To ensure logstics-related activities from Vapi Manufacturing site as well as trading business and backup for Customer representative for Auorrium India Pvt Limited.

Job Details

Role Specific Responsibilities

Manage Sales Invoicing ( including Export) and Logistic activities of all Sales from India for both locations (Vapi & Mumbai).
Managing timely container stuffing with Commercial team Mumbai and Vapi Production Team, and export documentation for export as well as local dispatches from Vapi and Mumbai warehouse.
Export related formalities with GST as well as Custom Authorities, like wise also handle GST and Custom related formalities in relation to Import of Goods.
Follow up to Shipping Agents / Custom Department for collecting post shipment documents and submission of the same to Bank and Customers
Closely work with Customer, Commercial team and Vapi team to ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
Prepare and maintain documentation for claiming export benefit schemes and regularly update the same with realization.
Support trading business for logistics activity
MIS reporting

Compliance :

Complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and arrangements

Reports all Health, Safety and Environmental accidents, incidents and near misses promptly
